Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to mothers and newborns
- Monitor fetal development and maternal health throughout pregnancy
- Assist in normal deliveries and manage emergency obstetric situations
- Conduct newborn assessments and provide postnatal education
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on breastfeeding, family planning, and newborn care
Kualifikasi
- Professional midwifery degree or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical midwifery experience
- Valid midwifery license from Indonesian health authorities
- Certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRP)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Commitment to continuous professional development
