Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive health examinations and provide specialized care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period.
- Monitor the health status of mothers and newborns, identifying any potential complications early.
- Provide accurate health education and counseling to patients regarding family planning, nutrition, and hygiene.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians or according to medical protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Counsel patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma in Midwifery (D3) from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nurse/Midwife license (SIP/Bidan) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a clinical or community health setting is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical information clearly to patients of all backgrounds.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient safety and care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
