Join DKT Health, Inc. as a Midwife for our innovative Floating Clinic program and transform healthcare delivery in underserved communities. This unique role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, client-centered family planning and maternal health services directly to remote populations through our mobile clinic platform. You'll deliver essential prenatal/postnatal care, contraceptive counseling, and health education while navigating dynamic water-based environments. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll ensure culturally sensitive care that empowers women and families to make informed health decisions. This position combines clinical expertise with community outreach, allowing you to address critical healthcare gaps in the Bangsamoro region while gaining unparalleled experience in mobile health delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and family planning services in a floating clinic setting
- Provide contraceptive counseling, insertion/removal of long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), and emergency contraception
- Conduct health education sessions on reproductive health, hygiene, and disease prevention
- Perform routine examinations, screenings, and referrals for maternal/child health services
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with community health workers to coordinate outreach activities
- Ensure clinic safety protocols and infection control standards are maintained during mobile operations
Kualifikasi
- Registered Midwife with current PRC license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in maternal/child health or family planning
- Certification in LARC insertion/removal preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills for culturally diverse client interactions
- Ability to adapt to challenging environments and flexible work schedules
- Experience in health education and community outreach
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Willingness to travel within Bangsamoro region
