Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process documentation required for global migration projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity at all times.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to migration teams across different time zones.
  • Handle complex inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and internal administrative procedures.
  • Draft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and project status updates.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or documentation processing.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a WFH setup.
  • Experience in migration services or legal processing is highly preferred.
