Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor milk processing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in accordance with food manufacturing protocols
- Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and finished dairy products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Document production activities and maintain accurate quality control records
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production irregularities promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in food production preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or food processing environment
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality excellence
- Basic computer literacy for data recording and reporting
