Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to ensure all raw materials are processed according to established targets
- Oversee daily mill operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure working environment
- Manage and develop a team of mill operators, technicians, and support staff
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and recommend improvements
- Manage budgetary requirements and cost control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Proven track record in mill or similar heavy industrial environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
