Malachite Value Builders is seeking a skilled and reliable Mini Trenchers/Walk Behind Rollers/Compactors Operator to join our growing team in Cebu City. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate mini trenchers, walk-behind rollers, and compactors safely and efficiently to perform site preparation and grading tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by positioning equipment and ensuring proper setup for trenching, paving, or soil stabilization.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to identify any potential mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe distance from other workers.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors and construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor machine gauges and controls to ensure the quality of work meets project specifications.
- Report any equipment damage or safety hazards immediately to the site manager.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience operating mini trenchers, walk-behind rollers, and compactors in a construction environment.
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy machinery, if required by local regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment problems.
- Reliable work history with a strong focus on safety and punctuality.
