Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports to track key recruitment metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify hiring trends, candidate demographics, and potential bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline.
  • Design and manage interactive dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL to visualize recruitment performance for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to define data requirements and interpret complex analytics for strategic planning.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) configurations based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct regular audits of recruitment data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Recruitment Analyst, MIS Specialist, or in a similar HR Analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment methodologies, workforce planning, and HR metrics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
