Join Prada Group as a MIU MIU Store Manager in the vibrant luxury retail hub of Kuala Lumpur. This pivotal role drives the boutique's commercial success by leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets. You'll be the brand ambassador in our Pavilion flagship store, responsible for operational excellence, team development, and maintaining MIU MIU's distinctive luxury aesthetic. Your strategic leadership will optimize inventory, visual merchandising, and client engagement to maximize profitability and brand loyalty in Malaysia's premium retail landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams to achieve sales KPIs and brand standards
- Drive customer experience excellence through personalized service and luxury brand storytelling
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Analyze sales data to implement strategies for business growth and market expansion
- Foster client relationships through CRM programs and VIP engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, and health/safety regulations
- Collaborate with visual merchandising to maintain brand aesthetic and seasonal collections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years retail management experience in luxury fashion or premium brands
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team development within high-end retail
- Deep understanding of luxury retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong analytical abilities for sales reporting, forecasting, and business planning
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive customer loyalty
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
