Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Implement and optimize merchandising strategies for consumer product mix in retail outlets
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain visual merchandising standards and product placement
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for senior management review
- Foster strong relationships with key retail partners to drive mutual growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in sales management, preferably in retail/consumer products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management
- Proficiency in retail management software and reporting tools
- Knowledge of consumer goods market dynamics in Eastern Indonesia
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
