Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy equipment and materials
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance to ensure crane safety and functionality
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Collaborate with ground crew and other team members to coordinate lifting operations effectively
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance, and any incidents
- Participate in continuous training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards
- Ensure the crane is operated within its rated capacity and under optimal conditions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a crane driver, preferably with mobile cranes
- Valid crane operator license and any required certifications in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Strong understanding of crane safety procedures and operational best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Good physical health and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
