TBT Precast Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Mobile Crane Operator to join our construction operations in Tuaran, Sabah. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for the precise maneuvering of heavy lifting equipment to support our precast concrete production and site installation projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate various mobile cranes safely and efficiently within construction site specifications.
- Conduct thorough daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane machinery.
- Interpret and follow rigging plans, load charts, and signal instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Coordinate with ground crews and banksmen to ensure safe lifting and placement of precast components.
- Maintain a clean and organized operating cab and work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety policies, OSH regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
- Document daily logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and site conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Mobile Crane Operator License/Certificate from a recognized authority (e.g., JKKP/DOSH).
- Proven experience operating heavy mobile cranes in a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of load charts, lifting capacities, and rigging principles.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and blueprints.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
- Good physical health and ability to work in outdoor site conditions.
- Professional attitude with strong communication skills for team coordination.
