As a Mobile & Gadget Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with store visitors to understand their mobile and gadget needs.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and technical advice on mobile devices, accessories, and wearables.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing retail floor, ensuring products are displayed correctly.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishing displays.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about mobile technology, smartphones, and consumer electronics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
