Tanggung Jawab
- Approach and engage customers in retail stores to introduce and promote company products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or objections professionally
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock replenishment
- Report daily sales performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with store management to maximize product visibility and promotional activities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Own transport is an advantage for mobility across locations
