Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Telkomsel products and services to potential customers in-store.
- Activate new Halo cards and manage SIM card distribution efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive product education to customers regarding plans, bundles, and features.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Uphold store appearance standards and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest Telkomsel promotions and offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Willingness to work in Kota Jambi, Jambi.
- Basic computer literacy and mobile phone proficiency.
