Join Accenture as a Mobilization Associate Manager and lead the strategic onboarding of clients into the Accenture ecosystem. In this dynamic Hybrid role, you will oversee the seamless transition of new projects, ensuring operational excellence from day one. You will act as the critical bridge between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams, coordinating resources and timelines to drive successful project kick-offs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end mobilization activities for new client engagements and projects.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Monitor mobilization timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are on schedule for successful kick-off.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the transition and onboarding phases.
- Ensure all mobilization processes align with Accenture's quality standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols.
- Perform non-transition-related roles or tasks as needed to support team objectives and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR and functional leads to ensure resource allocation is optimal during the mobilization period.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project mobilization, client onboarding, or transition management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and standard office software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
