  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Modern PUVs to achieve and exceed sales targets in Lipa City and surrounding areas.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including transport cooperatives, government agencies, and individual operators.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with service, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
  • Represent NZH Truck Sales and Services Corp. at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or heavy equipment industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Modern PUV Program in the Philippines and the local transportation sector dynamics.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and coaching abilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Residency in or willingness to relocate to Lipa City, Batangas, or nearby areas.
