We are seeking a talented Monetary Risk professional to join our dynamic team and help us navigate the complexities of the digital economy.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating monetary risks that could impact our financial stability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze monetary risks, including liquidity risk, currency risk, and interest rate risk, to ensure financial stability.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities in the financial system.
- Prepare accurate and timely risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to Shopee’s internal controls.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in monetary risk management, financial compliance, or risk analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with risk management software is a plus.
