We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our MONTIGO team at Pavilion KL, Bukit Bintang. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve store targets. You will ensure that every customer receives personalized attention and that brand standards are maintained at all times.
Key aspects of the role include overseeing inventory management, implementing visual merchandising strategies, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, and fostering a positive team culture. Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of retail software and MS Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
