We are inviting a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Mosque Finance Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the meticulous management of our mosque's finances, ensuring full transparency, compliance, and integrity in all financial dealings. You will play a vital role in supporting our community's mission by overseeing daily accounting operations, processing donations, and maintaining accurate financial records. We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient in financial management but also deeply committed to serving the community with trust and dedication. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial ledgers, ensuring all transactions are recorded according to accounting standards.
- Process and record donations, zakat, and sadaqah with strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for the management committee.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.
- Manage donor relations by providing timely financial updates and answering inquiries regarding contributions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or finance administration.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with absolute integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with the community and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a non-profit setting.
- Basic knowledge of Islamic financial principles is highly desirable.
