Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming motor insurance claims from initial intake to final settlement.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assess vehicle damage reports.
- Liaise effectively with policyholders, repairers, and third-party insurers.
- Negotiate settlements and ensure fair compensation within policy limits.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build rapport with clients.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in claims handling, insurance, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
