Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end motor insurance claims processing from initial reporting to final settlement
- Investigate accident details, assess claim validity, and determine coverage eligibility
- Coordinate with clients, repair centers, and insurance providers to resolve claims efficiently
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and digital records throughout the lifecycle
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and claim resolution optimization
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in motor insurance claims handling
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Motor Insurance Framework (MIF) regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
