Tanggung Jawab
- Safely deliver packages to customers within designated Bekasi routes
- Maintain real-time order status updates through Radikari's mobile application
- Verify package integrity upon delivery and obtain customer signatures
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service and fuel efficiency
- Proactively communicate delivery delays or issues to customers and dispatch team
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols during all deliveries
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical concerns
- Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM C motorcycle license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or logistics roles
- Strong familiarity with Bekasi road networks and landmarks
- Proficient in using smartphone applications for navigation and tracking
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg (44 lbs)
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor bike issues
- High level of punctuality and reliability
