Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages, documents, and goods safely and punctually to designated locations in Kabupaten Tangerang
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon receipt
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the motorcycle and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and time management
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier or delivery services
- Deep familiarity with Kabupaten Tangerang road networks and landmarks
- Ability to lift packages up to 25kg and work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic smartphone literacy for delivery tracking applications
- Trustworthy character with commitment to confidentiality
