Tanggung Jawab
- Safely pick up and deliver packages to customers across Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for confirmation
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance of assigned motorcycle
- Communicate delivery status updates to dispatch team and customers
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve delivery issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services preferred
- Strong knowledge of Kabupaten Kutai Kertanegara road networks
- Ability to lift packages up to 20kg and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and route planning skills
- Basic smartphone literacy for GPS navigation and delivery apps
- Strong commitment to punctuality and customer satisfaction
