Tanggung Jawab
- Execute package pickup and delivery operations across Purwakarta with precision and timeliness
- Safeguard all packages during transit to prevent damage or loss
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly to supervisors
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for smooth package handovers
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in delivery, courier, or logistics preferred
- Strong knowledge of Purwakarta and surrounding areas
- Excellent physical health capable of extended motorcycle operation
- Basic numeracy and documentation skills
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
