Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently pick up and deliver packages to customers throughout Malang Regency
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining safety standards
- Verify package details and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during pickup and delivery processes
- Maintain the motorcycle in good working condition through regular checks
- Follow designated routes and optimize delivery schedules for efficiency
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with at least 1 year of riding experience
- Good knowledge of Malang Regency and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Physical fitness to handle packages of various sizes and weights
- Honest, reliable, and responsible work ethic
- Ability to operate basic smartphone applications for tracking deliveries
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
