Tanggung Jawab
- Safely pick up and deliver packages to customers throughout Ponorogo and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Ensure package security and handle items with care during transit
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit time
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly to the operations team
- Perform basic motorcycle maintenance checks to ensure operational readiness
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in courier/delivery services
- Deep familiarity with Ponorogo's geography and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good physical health to handle daily delivery demands
