Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver packages to customers across Surabaya
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Ensure secure handling of packages during transit and at delivery points
- Provide excellent customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize transit time and fuel consumption
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and delays
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or courier services preferred
- Deep knowledge of Surabaya's districts and traffic patterns
- Physical fitness to handle package lifting and weather conditions
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Integrity and honesty in handling customer packages
