Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to promote and sell products effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and add New Outlets (NOO) to the company network.
- Maintain proper product display, stock levels, and merchandising standards at outlets.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports and activity logs.
- Provide excellent customer service to outlet owners and resolve queries promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid SIM C (Motorcycle Driving License).
- Must own a motorcycle for field operations.
- Must have an Android smartphone with at least 4GB of RAM.
- Willing to work in the field (outbound sales) within Jakarta Timur and Jakarta Raya.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
