- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair requirements and determine the necessary scope of work.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repairs, parts, and labor, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Coordinate effectively with repair workshops, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate timely repairs and claim resolutions.
- Investigate claim details to verify information and prevent fraudulent activities.

Kualifikasi
- Relevant experience in motor vehicle claims assessment or automotive repair estimation is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of motor vehicle mechanics, parts, and repair procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in estimating and reporting.
