Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop the assigned sales territory in Quezon and Marinduque.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients and dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with dealers to ensure product availability.
- Report daily sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities.
- Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or automotive industry.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within Quezon and Marinduque as required.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
