Highpoint Property Ventures is seeking a dedicated and experienced Motorpool Manager to join our team in Cebu City. This pivotal role oversees all fleet operations and vehicle maintenance activities for our construction projects across the region.
As Motorpool Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our entire vehicle fleet, including heavy equipment, transport trucks, and light vehicles. You will play a critical role in minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing fleet utilization, and maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities combined with technical expertise in vehicle maintenance and fleet management. You will collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet project demands.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all motorpool operations including vehicle allocation, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure optimal fleet utilization across construction sites
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery
- Recruit, train, and supervise motorpool staff including drivers, mechanics, and support personnel to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards for all motorpool activities
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to optimize vehicle availability and scheduling based on project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, repairs, and incident reports for compliance and budgeting purposes
- Prepare and manage motorpool budget, control operational costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Implement fleet management best practices to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize downtime and operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in fleet or motorpool management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and diagnostic techniques for various vehicle types
- Demonstrated strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams effectively
- Experience in inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor negotiation for spare parts and services
- In-depth understanding of relevant safety regulations, DOT compliance, and environmental standards in the Philippines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Willingness to be based in Cebu City and occasionally travel to project sites as needed
