In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin of our production line, ensuring that moulding machines operate at peak efficiency and deliver high-quality parts consistently. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in precision and understands the intricacies of injection moulding processes.
Your day-to-day activities will involve the intricate setup and maintenance of moulding machinery. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime, collaborating closely with the engineering department to refine production processes, and strictly adhering to safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, adjust, and dismantle moulds and tools on injection moulding machines according to technical specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on moulding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production parameters and product quality to identify and rectify defects immediately.
- Conduct machine trials and adjust process settings (pressure, temperature, speed) to achieve target cycle times.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements and troubleshooting strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production logs, and daily maintenance activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company operational standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Mould Setter or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machinery, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
- Physically fit to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
