Eco Valley Retreat & Tours SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Mountain Top Hotel Receptionist to join our team in the beautiful setting of Tawau, Sabah. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering a memorable experience by providing exceptional front desk service and efficient administrative support.

You will be responsible for managing the seamless flow of guest arrivals and departures, handling inquiries, and ensuring our retreat's administrative operations run like clockwork. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all retreat guests.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding tours and room bookings.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update booking management systems.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, office correspondence, and data entry.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of room presentation.
- Resolve guest concerns or requests promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic office software (Microsoft Office suite, email systems).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
