As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. This program is designed for those who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle cashier duties accurately and manage cash flow efficiently.
- Train and guide new staff members on company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
