Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent (MT qualification).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
