Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist the Store Manager in preparing financial reports and analyzing sales performance metrics.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (MT qualification).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
