Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for leasing and financial products in the Jawa Timur region
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Create engaging marketing materials including brochures and digital content
Kualifikasi
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in marketing, leasing, or finance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
