Role Overview
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the operational performance of multiple Kenangan Coffee branches. You will be responsible for aligning store-level execution with our strategic goals, driving profitability, ensuring service excellence, and developing our future leaders. Your ability to analyze data, manage teams, and maintain brand standards will be critical to our continued expansion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Kenangan Coffee branches, ensuring compliance with company policies, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Store Managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by analyzing P&L statements, controlling costs, and implementing effective local marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, personally managing escalated concerns to maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct regular branch audits to assess operational efficiency, presentation standards, and team morale, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and HR departments to optimize inventory levels, forecast staffing needs, and streamline onboarding processes.
- Champion a safe and healthy work environment by strictly upholding sanitation and safety protocols across all assigned locations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in multi-unit management within the food & beverage or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to travel extensively between store locations within the assigned region.
- Passion for the coffee industry and a deep commitment to delivering premium customer experiences.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
