Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on all building systems to ensure longevity and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC units and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal climate control.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service tickets to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and material usage.
- Collaborate with the property management team to improve facility efficiency and resolve tenant issues.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Technology.
- Proven experience as a Multi-skilled Technician or Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry, and general safety protocols.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and floor plans.
- Valid license or certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
