Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct facility inspections to identify safety hazards and operational inefficiencies
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate facility upgrades and renovations
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist in emergency repairs during after-hours or weekends as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certificate in facility maintenance or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-trade maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Valid technical certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Basic proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
