Tanggung Jawab
- Accounts Assistant: Manage daily bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in month-end closing processes.
- Accounts Assistant: Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Operation Executive: Coordinate daily site activities and streamline operational workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Operation Executive: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve logistical issues.
- Crane Operator: Safely operate heavy machinery in compliance with all safety regulations and site protocols.
- Crane Operator: Conduct pre-operation safety checks and routine maintenance inspections on equipment.
- General: Ensure compliance with company safety standards and government workplace regulations across all roles.
Kualifikasi
- Possess relevant certifications for specific roles (e.g., Crane Operator License for heavy machinery).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Operations, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic accounting software (for Accounts Assistant role).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in the West Region.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational integrity.
- Ability to adapt to rotating shifts or flexible schedules if required by the operation.
