- Respond to customer inquiries in multiple languages via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with booking and ordering processes for e-commerce and travel platforms
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide product and service information to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and services
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Japanese, Korean)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
