Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the management and supervision of all treasury operations within the municipal government
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of local taxes, fees, and other revenue sources
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions and disbursements
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliation reports as required
  • Monitor and implement internal controls to safeguard government funds and assets
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding budget utilization and financial compliance
  • Process payments, disbursements, and official receipts in accordance with government regulations
  • Assist in the implementation of treasury policies and procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of government accounting laws, rules, and regulations (e.g., COA, DBM guidelines)
  • Strong analytical and computational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and treasury systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in government finance or treasury operations is preferred
  • Must meet qualification standards for Second Level Government Position
