Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive municipal youth development programs aligned with BARMM's strategic goals
- Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, community organizations, and government agencies
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection, impact assessments, and stakeholder feedback
- Organize leadership workshops, skills training, and civic engagement activities for youth
- Advocate for youth inclusion in local governance and policy-making processes
- Prepare regular reports on program outcomes and budget utilization
- Identify emerging youth needs and propose innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in youth development program management
- Strong knowledge of BARMM governance structures and youth policies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in grant writing and resource mobilization
- Ability to work with diverse cultural groups in conflict-sensitive areas
- Proficiency in data analysis and report writing
