Luxoft is seeking a highly skilled Murex Accounting Consultant to join our expanding financial services team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be the bridge between financial accounting requirements and the Murex platform's technical capabilities. You will lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of accounting schemas, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy across various UAT environments.
As part of our global consultancy practice, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex financial business rules into efficient Murex accounting configurations. This position is ideal for a finance-focused technologist who thrives in fast-paced testing cycles and enjoys the challenge of deploying robust financial architectures within global investment banking environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and maintain Murex Accounting schemas, including the setup of import/export rules for various financial instruments.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to define and document accounting requirements.
- Support multiple test cycles in UAT environments, ensuring data integrity and correct financial output.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex accounting configuration issues within the Murex platform.
- Manage the deployment of accounting objects across development, UAT, and production environments.
- Perform reconciliation between Murex accounting outputs and downstream general ledger systems.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting best practices within the Murex ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Murex Consultant, specifically within the Accounting module.
- Strong understanding of financial products (Derivatives, Fixed Income, Equities) and their accounting treatment.
- Proficiency in Murex configuration (DataMart, Accounting, Simulation).
- Experience working within Agile project environments and formal test cycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between finance departments and IT teams.
- Relevant certification in Murex is highly desirable.
