As a Music Expert based in our Taguig City hub, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of music-related content on a global scale. You will leverage your deep knowledge of genres, artists, and industry trends to curate and moderate content, ensuring a high-quality experience for millions of users worldwide. Tanggung Jawab
- Review and validate music metadata, including artist names, track titles, and genre classifications, for accuracy and consistency.
- Audit and moderate music-related video content to ensure compliance with platform policies and copyright regulations.
- Identify and flag potential licensing issues or intellectual property violations within the video-sharing ecosystem.
- Stay abreast of global music trends, emerging artists, and viral hits to provide contextual insights for content curation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content discovery algorithms and user experience.
- Maintain high-quality standards by meeting daily production targets and accuracy benchmarks.
- Document and report technical bugs or workflow inefficiencies to the internal engineering and operations teams.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure alignment with evolving client guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in content moderation, digital media, or a specialized customer service role within the BPO industry.
- Deep knowledge of diverse music genres, global artists, and current digital media consumption habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a production-driven environment.
- Willingness to work a permanent night shift (graveyard shift) and potential holidays/weekends.
- Familiarity with copyright laws, Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), or music licensing is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms, content management systems, and standard office productivity tools.
