Join Xavier Chen as a Mystery Assessor in the Central Region! Are you observant, detail-oriented, and skilled in evaluating communication and sales techniques? We are seeking a part-time Mystery Assessor to attend meetings with Financial Advisors and provide honest, constructive feedback on their performance. This unique role allows you to help professionals enhance their client interactions while earning a competitive hourly rate.
As a Mystery Assessor, you will participate in meetings (in-person or virtual) and assess advisors on various aspects such as rapport building, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques. Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping training programs and improving sales effectiveness.
This position is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, customer service, or training who are looking for flexible, supplementary income. You must be reliable, impartial, and able to produce detailed reports.
Tanggung Jawab
- Attend scheduled meetings with Financial Advisors to observe and evaluate their performance.
- Assess communication skills, sales pitch delivery, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Provide objective feedback and constructive recommendations in a timely manner.
- Complete detailed evaluation forms and reports after each session.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about all observed interactions.
- Coordinate scheduling with the management team for assigned meetings.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure assessment consistency.
- Provide insights on customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Strong observational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or training is preferred.
- Ability to remain objective and unbiased during evaluations.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to attend meetings as scheduled.
- Own transport may be advantageous for in-person meetings.
- No prior relationship with the advisors being assessed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
