In this role, you will act as a real-time evaluator, visiting designated IQOS partner outlets to assess service quality, product knowledge, and operational compliance.
As a Mystery Shopper, you are the eyes and ears of our quality assurance team. You will conduct objective assessments of the store environment, interactions between staff and customers, and overall brand representation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, possesses excellent analytical skills, and can document their observations with accuracy and professionalism.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled site visits to designated IQOS partner outlets as per company instructions.
- Evaluate store appearance, cleanliness, and product display standards based on brand guidelines.
- Observe and report on customer service interactions, ensuring staff provides accurate information and follows standard operating procedures.
- Collect and document data, including photographs, time logs, and detailed narrative reports of each visit.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding audit results and visit schedules.
- Provide constructive feedback on areas for improvement in store operations.
- Submit comprehensive reports within the specified deadlines for review by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle service discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Proficient in using mobile technology for reporting and photo documentation.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain professional anonymity during visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or market research is highly preferred.
