Are you detail-oriented, observant, and passionate about retail excellence? Staffinc Group is currently seeking a diligent Mystery Shopper to join our team in Manokwari. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, evaluating the consumer experience and adherence to quality standards at authorized IQOS retail touchpoints.
As a Mystery Shopper for nicotine products, you will perform field visits to monitor outlet cleanliness, staff product knowledge, and overall brand compliance. This is a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive a premium experience that aligns with international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct mystery shopping visits to designated IQOS partner outlets and stores.
- Observe and evaluate staff interaction, product knowledge, and adherence to company sales protocols.
- Check for inventory display compliance, brand visibility, and cleanliness standards at the point of sale.
- Document observations accurately and objectively through digital reporting tools.
- Provide constructive feedback regarding the customer journey and retail environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
- Ensure all visits are conducted according to the scheduled timeline and provided brief.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain objective during evaluations.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable visiting retail locations and interacting with customer service staff.
- Ability to follow strict instructions and meet project deadlines.
- Proficient in using smartphones and basic mobile reporting applications.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or market research is an advantage.
- Must reside in or have easy access to Manokwari, Papua Barat.
